John has 30 combined years of experience in the machine tool industry. He has worked closely with Government and Military clients for 20 years in project management and 17 years in Federal equipment supply. John excels at providing unmatched custom solutions along with project oversight and support to Federal customers.
Paul Morris
Eastern and DOE Account Manager
Paul joins the Hartech Group with over 37 years’ practical knowledge in the Machine Tool industry. He has run his own company and maintains very positive relationship with a number of successful machine tool companies. Paul worked with a number of DOD and DOE facilities and their supply chains over the years and brings a wealth of experience to Hartech Group.
Gary Bredael
Director of Additive Manufacturing
Gary brings well over 25 years of experience in 3D printing/manufacturing technologies to Hartech Group. His initial involvement came in the early, early days of SLA, then moved into Powder bed technologies and metals. While running a prototype/short run production shop (Paramount Industries) for nearly 25 years, Gary was also involved in CNC machining, injection molding, casting technologies and assemblies. He is very knowledgeable in performing secondary operations and getting additively manufactured parts ready for production. The shop was ISO, ITAR, and AS9100 certified. He was instrumental in getting AM machines in multiple locations within the DOD while working for Phillips Federal and is looking forward to meeting our customers needs again for AM with Hartech Group.
Julie Baumer
Director Of Internal Services
Julie joined Hartech Group as an administrative assistant. Her attention to detail and organizational skills adds a fresh layer to the Hartech team by providing project support, targeted workflow, team communication and office administration. She quickly became an asset and now directs the administrative side of projects and service along with helping with day-to-day operations. Julie previously spent 16 years working in Education as a teacher and program administrative assistant. She has had experience working with small businesses owning and operating a gym and is currently working for a racing team helping with marketing. Julie is also focusing on building Hartech’s service support program so we can assist our customers with service-related needs for our machines.
